A subscription-based design service enables you to outsource design work by paying a recurring fee. This fee grants you access to an all-round design service, including graphic design, UI/UX design, and more.
Hiring a full-time senior UI/UX designer or graphic designer can cost over HK$420,000 per year. Finding available talent can be challenging. There may be times when there is insufficient work to keep them occupied, resulting in paying for unused time.
Our monthly design subscription enables you to pause and resume your subscription as needed. This ensures that you only pay for your designer's services when you require them.
Once your subscription and payment have been confirmed, you will receive all the necessary onboarding materials via email. If you have any questions during the onboarding process, we will arrange a call with you to provide assistance.
Certainly! Once you have subscribed, you can add unlimited design requests to your queue. These requests will be processed and delivered to you one by one, based on your priorities.
On average, most requests are completed within 24-48 hours or less. However, more complex requests may require additional time to be completed.
We primarily use Figma for most design requests, but for certain design work, we also use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign or Canva. When you subscribe to any of our plans, you won't need to pay the subscription fee for these tools.
We use Trello as our client portal for design task management. You can easily submit design requests using the task templates we have created.
Don't worry! Our subscription packages include unlimited revisions, ensuring that you always receive the design you need. If this situation arises, we kindly request your specific and constructive feedback so that we can promptly make the necessary updates to your design.
We do not provide refunds, but we do offer unlimited revisions to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. We will continue to refine the design until it meets your specific requirements. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
Our subscription packages do not include the following:
- Complex packaging
- Extensive print design (such as magazines and books)
- Extremely complex or fine art illustrations
- Document design (fillable or interactive PDF documents)
- Complex photo manipulation
- Digital painting and game assets
- 3D/CAD modeling
- Programming, coding, or development
- File formats outside of our supported file types
- Trademarked names, brands, or quotes
- Content writing or manual typing (typing text from images, coming up with titles for ads, doing research for copy, etc.)
- Inappropriate demands of a sexually explicit, defamatory, ethnically or racially offensive nature, or anything that contradicts uxmargin’s fundamental principles.
We are open to collaborating with multiple brands based on your request, as long as you are using the materials directly for the company or companies you represent. Please note that we do not create designs for the purpose of resale.
